Yesterday was our last day of law school classes. We still have a couple weeks of exams, but no more classes. I spent the time while Mom was eating breakfast meditating on the bench outside.
After breakfast and meditation, it was time to get ready for school. I tried to wash my face.
Kat supervised Mom while Mom fixed her hair.
Once we were ready for class, Kat and I went to our classroom.
I quickly settled in for a session of good learning. I am researching whether I can get judicial review of the USDA's denial of my petition that they institute a rule mandating filet mignon as the standard supper for all dogs named Steve. I am pretty sure their denial of my petition was arbitrary and capricious.
After class, we went on a celebratory run.
I'm excited about the end of law school. It's been three years full of a lot of learning and fun, but it's also been three years of sacrifice. Our family has been separated, but we have gotten to explore a lot of new places and Kat and I have enjoyed all of the runs with Mom and the shorter days in our crate compared to when Mom worked. We probably won't blog much, if at all, during the next two weeks while we take our final exams, but we'll be back, ready so share the next chapter of our lives!
