Last weekend we went to the beach. It was great timing because it was 90 degrees in Charlottesville.
Get us out of this hot weather and take us to the beach!
Our hotel had a great balcony, but it unfortunately did not overlook the beach. On the plus side, it did overlook the dog walking area of the neighboring hotel, so we always had something interesting to look at.
We got to take some fun walks on the beach, but we didn't go swimming. Mom and Dad let us get our paws wet and wow! The water was very chilly! We found a dead fish and a dead duck on the beach. Mom and Dad didn't want us to inspect the dead items. They are nothing but fun ruiners!
We didn't just spend our entire vacation walking on the beach though. Stay tuned this week to find out what else we did while we were beach bums.
