About a month ago, Phantom from the OP Pack posted about how he was so excited that his mom had bought him some pumpkin dog treats at Trader Joe's. I have never had those treats, and since a Trader Joe's opened here last week, I sent Mom to the store today to get some for me.
Mom reported that the store was really packed, but the only part of the store that had empty shelves was the dog treat section. In fact, she bought the last box of cookie type treats. Unfortunately she didn't find the pumpkin treats, but since she didn't want me to be disappointed, she got some Chicken and Sweet Potato treats.
They have scoring marks down the middle apparently for easy breaking although Mom reports that they don't break that easily.
Kat and I didn't care about how easily they broke. We both thought they were delicious.
Mom also got some beef liver treats for us as well.
They are very tasty. Mom made us earn those treats by praticing some "waits".
I still want to try the pumpkin treats though, so I will be sending Mom back to Trader Joe's soon to see if they have restocked the dog treat section. Mom says the treats must be so popular because they are fairly inexpensive and Made in the USA!
